Should I choose Semo or LOCKR?
It depends mostly on your phone. LOCKR's listing describes an Android app that asks for a reason and has an AI coach decide how long you get. Semo takes a similar approach on iPhone. If you use Android, LOCKR is the one that may exist for you; we could not confirm an iPhone version. We could not verify LOCKR's price or results, so treat this page as a starting point.

UNVERIFIED: we read third-party mirrors of the Google Play listing and could not open the Play page itself. We cannot say whether LOCKR has an iPhone version, how it prices, or how well it works.
